Design and implement product capabilities for RHB\xe2\x80\x99s digital business ventures consistent with the business strategy and user journey
Innovate the existing user and product journeys to enhance user acquisition, user engagement and revenue streams

Key Responsibilities:
Continuously develop the user journey by designing and implementing product capabilities that deliver growth in user base and revenue streams
Work closely with stakeholders and other work streams to strategize, plan and execute the delivery of MVP timelines
Organize and facilitate workshops to ideate, prototype and refine the existing user journey with new product capabilities
Collaborate with UX researchers to continuously test, validate and iterate products with users to ensure that the product provides a good fit to their needs
Engage stakeholders and senior management regularly to present product updates and get endorsement for new product capabilities
Keeps up to date with digital trends, technology solution providers and assess their potential application to the user and product journeys
Lead Squad towards achievement of user journeys via a practical, implementable, sustainable solution
Monitor and address all timelines in support of PMO for Sprint Planning and all other relevant ceremonies
Lead all activities and manage deliverables required for Compliance, Audit, Risk and Legal Governance procedures to obtain approval of new functionalities/processes
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Any related accreditation in design thinking, innovation or agile is advantageous by not compulsory
Min. 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, preferably with at least 2 years in banking strategy, banking products, digital innovation and business planning, project management, sales strategy
