Bms Technical Lead (project)

Job Description
Newly created role within a Multinational Organization. The BMS Technical Lead will be involved in designing control system, developing CAPEX estimates, execute and commission control system projects.
- Leading the deployment of Building Management System and design, execute and commission control systems
- Monitor engineering deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project team and perform regular technical status report
- Manage all technical aspects of the project from design, integration, testing, FAT, installation and commissioning and manage stakeholders involved in the execution
- Monitor accuracy & calibration of the sites\' instrumentation and perform calibration thru internal or external contractors
- Participate and support bidding activities as well as the execution process
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant fields
- Minimum 8 years\' project management experience in system integration
- Experience with system design, installation and commissioning for Controls Systems for Chilled Water System or Chiller Plant
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
