- Responsible for steam boiler operations including upkeep of boiler's operation data and safety aspects.
- To execute high pressure steam boiler efficiently in continuous production operation.
- To plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance schedule and to trouble shoot when necessary.
- To plan and perform boiler service and yearly overhaul as per JKKP inspection requirement.
- To ensure the boilers are kept in good running condition at all times.
- To perform and carry out boiler maintenance in compliance with the operating procedures and statutory requirements.
- To ensure daily performance of boiler operation & to provide sufficient supplies to support production operation.
- Possess Boilerman Grade 1 Certificate from DOSH / JKKP.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in similiar position.
- Able to perform shift work and willing to work overtime.
- Able to work during weekend and public holiday if necessary.
- Able to multi task & work independently under minimum supervision.
- Willing to work in Bukit Mor, Parit Jawa, Muar, Johor.
