Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group\'s Professional Division is partnered with a rapidly expanding international insurance brokerage firm. Our distinguished client\'s expertise includes general insurance serving a large customer base in the US.

Due to their rapid growth and expansion, they are currently seeking for an exceptional Bookkeeper who is able to work around the US time zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Commission Tracking: Accurately record and track commissions received from insurance companies, ensuring that all incoming commissions are properly recorded and reconciled.
  • Data Entry: Enter commission data into our Customer Service Representative (CSR) system, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Commission Payouts: Manage the process of commission payouts to agents and brokers, making certain that payments are timely and aligned with contractual agreements.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile commission data with our financial records to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on commission data, business performance, and financial metrics, providing valuable insights to management for informed decision-making.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to streamline commission tracking processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall efficiency within the financial operations.
