About the Role:
We are seeking friendly and responsible Store Crew to provide excellent customer service and support daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with purchases and product inquiries.
Operate the POS system and handle cash or payments accurately.
Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
Manage returns, refunds, and parcel services efficiently.
Support daily administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification.
1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
Able to operate a cashier/POS system.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
