About the Role
We are looking for friendly and responsible
Store Crew
to deliver excellent customer service and support daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with purchases and product inquiries.
Operate the POS system and handle cash or payments accurately.
Restock shelves and keep the store clean and organized.
Manage returns, refunds, and parcel services efficiently.
Support daily administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification.
1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
Able to operate a cashier/POS system.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Friendly, responsible, and customer-focused.
