Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Assist customers in finding books and recommending titles based on their needs. Provide excellent and friendly service to walk-in and regular customers. Handle membership registration and explain member benefit
Sales & Promotion

Promote ongoing promotions, new arrivals, and special deals to customers. Assist with arranging promotional displays and point-of-sale materials. Support live events, storytelling sessions, or campaigns (if any).
Inventory & Stock Handling

Receive, unpack, and arrange stock on shelves or promotional tables. Ensure books are displayed neatly and restocked when necessary. Monitor low stock levels and inform the store supervisor.
Cashiering & POS

Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Issue receipts and manage returns or exchanges in line with store policy.
Store Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store, display areas, and cashier counter. Ensure books are properly organized according to category

Job Requirements:

Contract based 3-months Minimum SPM qualification in any field At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service is preferred Experience using cash registers or POS systems is required Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English; proficiency in Mandarin is added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
