Job Description

Job Scope:

Customer Service & Sales

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Provide styling advice and personalized product recommendations. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently. Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling products.

Store Operations

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the boutique at all times. Assist in arranging product displays and visual merchandising. Manage fitting rooms, ensuring items are organized and returned properly. Ensure stock levels are adequate on the shop floor.

Inventory & Stock Management

Assist with stock receiving, tagging, and arranging. Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies. Monitor product movement and highlight bestsellers/slow-moving items.

Cashiering & Transactions

Handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately. Prepare daily sales reports and ensure records are updated.

Marketing, Content & Promotions

Host live videos on social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Shopee) to showcase products and engage with customers online. Create engaging content (photos, short videos, captions) to promote new arrivals, promotions, and styling ideas. Assist in planning and executing boutique promotions, campaigns, and special events. Support social media engagement by replying to customer messages or comments when required.

Other Duties

Work closely with the Boutique Manager to achieve sales targets. Carry out any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirement:

Qualifications

Experience in retail, boutique sales, or customer service preferred (fresh graduates welcome). Confident in social media use (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee) and comfortable with live hosting.

Skills

Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills. Creative in styling, product presentation, and content creation. Basic fashion knowledge and visual merchandising sense. Able to handle POS systems and cash transactions.

Attribute

Presentable, stylish, and passionate about fashion. Outgoing, energetic, and approachable personality. Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team. Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
