BPO Call Centre @JOHOR - Hiring Customer service representative IMMEDIATELY

Bilingual candidates in English and Mandarin will be given priority.

Job scope: To attend to customer's billing & utilities related queries and requests.

Channels : Calls & emails

Requirements:

  • With at least 1-year of experience in customer service.
  • Preference for candidates with Call Centre experience - Voice & Non-Voice.
  • Excellent English proficiency (Spoken & Written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Swift typing skills.
Location:

Training : Taman Bukit Indah/Taman Molek branch

Office/working location: Taman Molek

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM/ 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM / 9 AM - 6 PM (Rotational Shifts)

Alternate Saturdays/Sundays: 9AM - 1 PM

Holidays based on Singapore Public Holidays

Remuneration :

Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month (English)

Salary: RM3,100.00 - RM3,400.00 per month (Bilingual English & Mandarin)

Probation period: Minimum 3 months' probation.

Requirements
