Job Scope \xc2\xb7 Responsible for all sale and business development duties including calling on account to increase revenue and profit. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for managing and growing local sales, deep selling current local customer base. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for selling shipping, forwarding and catering solutions to clients. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for creating new business through contact with prospective customers in the assigned market. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for identifying market trends and competitive rate actions and communicating those trends to the Business Development. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for identifying the competitive service strengths and weakness of the company and making recommendations to constantly improve. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for managing the customer support/service function to external customers. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for all shipping, forwarding and catering functions and operations at the branch. \xc2\xb7 Manages all personnel in branch location. Qualification Required \xc2\xb7 BSc/MSc degree in management or related field or equivalent experience highly preferred. \xc2\xb7 Nature and length of previous experience: 5+ years of management experience required in a sales/customer service role and operation, preferably in industry of freight forwarding and catering. \xc2\xb7 Experience with writing professional sales proposals and standard operation procedures highly preferred. \xc2\xb7 Experience in setting up and optimizing operation in shipping, forwarding and catering. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
