Working Location: Popular Cheras Leisure Mall Responsibilities: -Plan, direct and control business activities of the outlet in accordance with policies and procedures as laid down by the Company to achieve sales, profit and growth objectives. -Responsible for the operational efficiency, productivity and profitability through the effective management of three main resources (staff, stock and space). -To carry out day-to-day operations and improve outlets performance in terms of sales revenue, cost control, customers\' awareness and staff development.
