SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Retail Management or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years working experience in retail management, Sales & Marketing.
Possess retail operations experience inclusive of Sales Management, Product Display, Stock, Training & Development of staff and Inventory Management.
Possess positive attitude and able to work independently.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Applicants should be Malaysian Citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Must be willing to work during weekends/Public Holiday.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee Gintell Rest N Go stations.
Responsible to promote Gintell products and Rest N Go services to potential customers.
To provide excellent customer service to-walk in customers and any inquiries via phone calls.
To achieve monthly sales target set by the company.
Manage sales performance of a stations in align weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
Conducting training session with new stuffs.
