\xe2\x80\xa2 Developing store strategies to raise customers\xe2\x80\x99 pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to branch staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop business strategies to raise our customers\xe2\x80\x99 pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service. \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Propose innovative ideas to increase market share. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc). \xe2\x80\xa2 Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior as and when needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work in shift, weekends & public holidays.
Manjaku was incorporated on 5 January 1994. Its Head Office is located in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor Darul Ehsan. Manjaku is a registered trademark in Malaysia. Manjaku is now the largest one-stop Baby products chain store in the Malaysia. Plans are ongoing to include more major towns and cities at a rate of 1 to 3 new stores per year and currently we have 27 stores. Due to the growth of our company, we are seeking for self-motivated & dynamic candidates for the following positions to join us.
