You will direct and supervise the operations of a regional branch of a renowned homegrown Software house.
You will provide training, coaching, development and motivate the branch team to achieve sales goals, excellence in customer service and an increase in branch overall revenue.
You will manage a geographical area and perform sales and services.
You will assess local market conditions and identify and nurture business opportunities.
You will project and manage budgets and allocate funds appropriately to achieve growth.
You will ensure excellence in customer service.
Requirements
Graduate with a degree of any discipline.
At least 10 years working experience in Sales and/or Business Management as a Sales Manager or Project Manager in ICT industry.
Excellent organisational skills
Previous experience in a Team Lead capacity
Having prior experience in the Property Development, Construction, Hotel and HR industries is helpful but not required.
