Responsibilities : - To manage Sales, Spare Parts & Service operations of the assigned branch - To implement sales and business strategies to achieve sales, distribution and profit targets; - To formulate the sales strategies guidelines and develop/manage the distribution channels, market segment and customer base; - To monitor the regional activities inclusive of preempting changing trends in product or purchasing pattern and develop strategy to leverage from the trend change; - To develop and propose new business opportunities; Requirements : - Candidates possess at least Diploma of commerce with min 5 years of experience - Candidate with doing marketing & sales in a related industry with be an added advantage. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, well groom and pleasant personality. - Able to be manage daily operation effectively, marketing & sales. - Able to lead the team with positive spiritual & safety awareness & company policy. - Able to do presentation with overall monthly sales report & to attend quarterly meetings & yearly budget meeting.
