: Responsible for branch\'s performance in sales, service and compliance Guide, motivate and drive branch staff towards achieving shared goals Develop new business and maintain strong relationship with customers and the community Maintain branch safety and security standards Job Requirements: Preferably Managers specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent Min. 2 years experience in branch operations, compliance or in leadership / management role Good knowledge of banking products and services with strong customer service skills Has wealth & banca product licenses (IPPC, FIMM, PCE, CEILI & TBE) will be an added advantage Possess high energy level with proven track record in sales achievement Comfortable with a goal oriented environment Malaysian Citizens only -
