Job Summary: The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a branch. This includes managing sales and marketing activities, supervising staff, and ensuring the branch meets its financial targets. The Branch Manager must also maintain strong relationships with tour suppliers and vendors, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations. Duties and Responsibilities: -Manage Sales and Marketing Activities: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Manage sales and marketing campaigns to increase the branch\'s visibility and generate new leads. Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet sales targets. -Oversee Customer Service Activities: Ensure high-quality customer service is provided to all clients. Address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. -Manage Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they provide high-quality services to customers. Manage staff schedules and workload to ensure the branch operates efficiently. Motivate staff and promote a positive work culture. -Financial Management: Manage the branch\'s financial performance, including setting budgets and financial targets. Monitor expenses and revenue to ensure the branch operates within budget. Analyze financial data and develop strategies to improve profitability. -Maintain Relationships with Suppliers and Vendors: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the branch has access to the best rates and deals. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to maximize profitability. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in the tour industry, with experience in sales and customer service. Strong leadership skills and experience managing staff. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and financial management skills. Knowledge of tour industry trends and regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Working Conditions: The Branch Manager will typically work in an office environment, but may also need to attend events or travel to meet with clients or suppliers. The position may require working evenings and weekends, and may involve some travel.
