Description Execute branch\'s plan and activities to ensure efficient and effective resource utilization. Joint responsibility with Bank Branch Broking to manage and guide Share Trading Officers in achieving sales targets and company objectives. Recruit, identify, train and develop human resources with the right skill set to achieve the branch\'s aspirations. To motivate and mobilize workforce to produce and contribute. Implement effective succession planning to ensure continuity of leadership availability. Implement controls and processes to comply with laws and statutes, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines. Conduct competitive intelligence and data gathering on industry trends and development to assist Head of Supervisory Branch in formulating strategic proposals to pillar head. Requirements A degree of professional qualification from an institution recognized by government of Malaysia. Minimum 5 years of working experience in securities industry. Candidates with a wide network of established business contacts will have an added advantage. Passed required licensing examination: Modules 6 & 7 or equivalent for dealing in securities.
