- Execute branch\xe2\x80\x98s plan and activities to ensure efficient and effective resource utilization.
- Joint responsibility with Bank Branch Broking to manage and guide Share Trading Officers in achieving sales targets and company objectives.
- Recruit, identify, train and develop human resources with the right skill set to achieve the branch\xe2\x80\x99s aspirations.
- To motivate and mobilize workforce to produce and contribute.
- Implement effective succession planning to ensure continuity of leadership availability.
- Implement controls and processes to comply with laws and statutes, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and data gathering on industry trends and development to assist Head of Supervisory Branch in formulating strategic proposals to pillar head.
- A degree of professional qualification from an institution recognized by government of Malaysia.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in securities industry.
- Candidates with a wide network of established business contacts will have an added advantage.
- Passed required licensing examination: Modules 6 & 7 or equivalent for dealing in securities.
