Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain monthly Base Sell-Out ad relevant reports
  • Prepare and upload Sales Condition. And follow-through based on approval tier
  • Prepare and upload FDR. And follow-through based on approval tier
  • PR Code Creations (SG)/Tagging Code (MY)
  • Prepare PPM pricing. PM to upload
  • BOM Code set-up and follow-through
  • Raise PO in MY Market and approval follow-up, dealing with vendors (quotation and invoice), YFAP, GRIR
  • Submit and follow-up sampling/new launch registration info to regulatory
  • Manage, monitor, and track shipment for PLV, VM etc
  • Sephora NIF submission & registration
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies Familiar with basic exposure in using in MSOffice (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). It is advantageous and value added to know how to use MS Excel in creating templates, know-how of functions and formulas i.e., SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
