Project Marketing: Create and carry out marketing strategies for various real estate projects, such as mixed-use, residential, and commercial buildings. Create excellent marketing materials, such as presentations, buntings, signboards, EDMs, and social media posts, to clearly highlight the special qualities and advantages of the real estate development. Oversee the creation of print materials, including banners, posters, brochures, and signs, to assist in the selling of real estate. Arrange exhibits, open houses, and property launch parties to bring the companys initiatives to a larger audience. Arrange for the events decoration, advertising, and transportation. To determine target markets, evaluate rivals, and comprehend market trends and wants, do market research. Work together with outside vendors, designers, and marketing agencies to efficiently carry out marketing campaigns and projects. Digital Marketing: Oversee the companys social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and email. Create a vibrant online community by interacting with followers, answering questions, and posting pertinent material. Create and put into action digital marketing plans to target potential customers, such as social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising. Produce leads using a range of campaigns and marketing platforms. Take care of leads by responding to questions, offering details, and assisting prospective customers with the sales process. Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and evaluate marketing performance indicators to assess the success of campaigns, and report to management on a regular basis. CRM: Keep track of leads, manage customer database, and guarantee efficient follow-up and contact with prospective customers. Budget Management: Help oversee the marketing budget for every project, making sure that funds are used wisely. Requirements Minimum Degree in Marketing or equivalent. Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva; Adobe Illustrator skills would be an additional advantage. Candidate must possess own transportation& willing to travel. Exposure or working experience in the property industry would be an added advantage.
