Role Description
The Manager of Brand & Communications will be responsible to support and promote firm\'s brand and reputation. He/she shall provide a wide range of communications and PR services to internal and external audiences, including regulators, the media and the communities within which the firm operates. This role will focus on building the profile of the company, targeting a variety of stakeholders and influencers through various media platforms. He/she will be working closely with Group Brand and Communications functions, so there is alignment to, and support of, HMI Group\'s Brand and Communications strategies and initiatives * To plan and execute the communications strategy based on HMI Group\'s Brand and Communications directions and the entity\'s business objectives (as well as other clinical services lines or programs as secondarily assigned)
To oversee, support and execute the go-to-market and stakeholder marketing strategy to deliver all types of marcom collaterals and media relations as deemed necessary
To lead and manage a team in this department and work cohesively with the other departments in the organization
