Our Client are one of the largest multi-disciplinary private hospitals in Southern Peninsular Malaysia.

Role Description
The Manager of Brand & Communications will be responsible to support and promote firm\'s brand and reputation. He/she shall provide a wide range of communications and PR services to internal and external audiences, including regulators, the media and the communities within which the firm operates. This role will focus on building the profile of the company, targeting a variety of stakeholders and influencers through various media platforms. He/she will be working closely with Group Brand and Communications functions, so there is alignment to, and support of, HMI Group\'s Brand and Communications strategies and initiatives * To plan and execute the communications strategy based on HMI Group\'s Brand and Communications directions and the entity\'s business objectives (as well as other clinical services lines or programs as secondarily assigned)

To oversee, support and execute the go-to-market and stakeholder marketing strategy to deliver all types of marcom collaterals and media relations as deemed necessary

To lead and manage a team in this department and work cohesively with the other departments in the organization

Key Task

  • Ensure that all communication materials are consistent with the agreed brand guidelines and play a gatekeeper\'s role of all communication materials to external stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth operation and implementation of departmental objectives and together with team mates and other departments to meet or exceed goals, objectives to be aligned with the hospital\'s vision, mission and core values.
  • Direct and oversee editorial and productions of right messages for all of the hospital\'s marketing materials and collaterals including advertisements, promotional posters, videos, signages, uniforms, wayfinding directions.
  • Plan and execute the development of a suite of differentiated, frequent and relevant digital and print. communications for external stakeholders.
  • Commission material from subject matter resources within clinical services, marketing or work with them to develop content.
  • Handles and executes quality deliverables either in press/media publicity programmes & conferences, sponsorships, events, advertising/promotional campaigns either with or without the support and assistance from 3rd party consultants or contractors.
