We are committed to meeting high-quality and safety expectations and deliver improved outcomes for patients.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our team and lead the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans for our Joint Health & Regenerative Medicine portfolio. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand strategies, while also leading the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns targeted at healthcare professionals and consumers.Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans for Joint Health & Regenerative Medicine.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective execution of brand strategies.
• Lead development of marketing materials and campaigns for healthcare professionals and consumers.
• Plan marketing events aligned with strategies.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage training materials for product training.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry would be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns in highly competitive markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
