Prepare the annual brand plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Strategize branding and marketing initiatives for overall brands and campaigns.
Plan and oversee the execution of offline marketing strategies, evaluating them with the intent to optimize performance.
Plan, monitor and manage the brand\'s expenditure, particularly in advertising and promotion (A&P).
Conceptualize the brand\'s digital direction and create campaigns for various platforms, including the webpage, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XSH.
Liaise with the Regulatory Affairs department to check on KKLIU submission and ensure compliance with advertisement regulations.
Source and collaborate closely with digital agencies to execute the brand\'s plans, set up ads within the desired timeline, target the right audience, and stay within the budget.
Provide product training, updates, and handle Q&A sessions, including organizing kick-off meetings, mid-year meetings, new staff training, and quarterly CLP meetings throughout Malaysia.
Requirements
Degree in Science related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of working experiences as product/project manager in pharmaceutical industry.
Preferably with the prior experience in handling innovator drugs.
