Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare the annual brand plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Strategize branding and marketing initiatives for overall brands and campaigns.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of offline marketing strategies, evaluating them with the intent to optimize performance.
  • Plan, monitor and manage the brand\'s expenditure, particularly in advertising and promotion (A&P).
  • Conceptualize the brand\'s digital direction and create campaigns for various platforms, including the webpage, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XSH.
  • Liaise with the Regulatory Affairs department to check on KKLIU submission and ensure compliance with advertisement regulations.
  • Source and collaborate closely with digital agencies to execute the brand\'s plans, set up ads within the desired timeline, target the right audience, and stay within the budget.
  • Provide product training, updates, and handle Q&A sessions, including organizing kick-off meetings, mid-year meetings, new staff training, and quarterly CLP meetings throughout Malaysia.
Requirements
  • Degree in Science related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experiences as product/project manager in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Preferably with the prior experience in handling innovator drugs.
  • Team oriented and self-motivated.
