Job Summary:We are looking for professional, customer-centric team members to join our award-winning customer service team. In this role, you will support both retail clients and financial advisers.Work Location: Bangsar, KLSalary Range: RM 3,000 RM 5,500Job Responsibilities:

• Resolve client requests and inquiries through calls, emails, and live chats related to account opening, security quotes, orders, client portfolios, share transfers, corporate actions, product offerings, and services on the Online Trading platform, as well as other queries regarding share trading.
• Maintain client accounts and coordinate with internal departments to effectively address client queries.
• Engage in project work as needed.
• Participate in outbound calling as required.
• Provide customer training and troubleshooting support.
• Stay updated on products and offerings through briefings, training, product write-ups, and other materials.
• Escalate complex issues, such as complaints, to the appropriate officer.
• Pursue continual education on the ASX.
• Excellent communication skill in English as supporting AU/US markets.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. We welcome Degree holders from any field, with a preference for candidates from Finance, Investment, and accounting backgrounds.
• The company sponsors the broker\'s certification exam, with a salary increase of up to RM1k upon obtaining certification (3 papers).
• Additional benefits include transport allowance and parking claims for those on AU/US shift schedules.
• Monday to Friday working schedule with weekends off. Candidates working on Malaysian public holidays will receive replacement leave.
