Your accountability includes: Building trusted advisory relationships with business units to influence decisions with performance facts and insights data analytic Proactively working on business insights and deep dives from sales perspectives and able to make strategic recommendations to drive incremental Sensitive to industry and market trends and perform benchmarking / deep dives for opportunities and threats Responsibilities: Commercial Optimization Program Catalyst for business optimization thinking that leverages cross functional resources to help drive delivery business performance optimization aligning to Company strategic ambition Lead the development of a portfolio of optimization projects that will help to deliver results, demonstrate passion for the business and give stakeholders a reason to believe anything is possible Establish, monitor and follow up Optimization dashboard with initiatives status vs targets and gap closure, supported by monitoring and reporting system Realistic Cost Estimation And Forecast Drive and co-ordinate forecasting, reporting and management of cost Monitor targets, OPI and business drivers, identify potential risk or gaps and initiate mitigation for business owner\' consideration. Prepare weekly/monthly reporting to management on cost, quantified targets and progress Solid Financial Governance And Reporting Drive reporting capabilities which enable visibility of revenue, cost impact and business impact by sales programs or initiatives, recommend improvement opportunity to maximize business returns and performance Delivery of an effective and predictable business management model from concept, business case preparation and return on investment analysis to post-mortem review in assessing effectiveness of the sales programs or initiative. Guide business decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing spend policies and procedures. Requirements: Recognized degree in Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial Science or related field Minimum 5 years\' experience in audit or business planning position Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Financial Modeling. Tech savvy is a plus Excellent analytical with good business and financial acumen Extremely agile, proactive and self-motivated with constant can-do attitude Strong analytical skill to process business drivers and translate trending into meaningful initiatives or roadmap Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion, hands-on deliverer on quality results in fast-paced environment Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
