Responsibilities
To Assist Building Manager to oversee the whole MO team & overall building maintenance :
  • Prepare finance reports for meetings & to attend monthly JMC meetings for A/C presentation
  • To assist in admin work when admin staff are on leave or when they are busy
  • To attend to service providers site servicing during site staff\'s absence
  • Upkeep & filing of documents of monthly service providers job done sheets & to call for quotes for any replacement parts
  • Fixed deposits upkeep & monitoring its due dates
  • Attend to daily email complaints & walk in complaints
  • To prepare all job done photos for notice boards display monthly
  • To source for any quotations needed, prepare summary report & to prepare purchase order if awarded
  • To regularly monitor the overall building\'s cleanliness
  • To regularly monitor security services & also to ensure all guard house\'s records are in order
  • To weekly check building site for any wear & tear and to follow-up for rectifications or repairs.
Job requirements
  • Must possess Bachelor Degree in Building / Property Management / Real Estate Management / Engineering / Building Construction, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in building management.
  • Well-versed in Strata Management Act (2013), Strata Management Regulations 2015, Strata Title Act 318, and any other relevant building Act.
  • Good written & spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Must be willing to support emergency matters and on standby mode.
  • Able to multi-task with strong customer service focus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and leadership skills.
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, be a self-starter and work with little supervision.
