Requirement
- Bachelor\'s Degree or Professional Qualification in Property Management, Real Estate or equivalent
- At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Property Management of stratified developments
- Sound knowledge of Strata Management Act and other related legislation
- Knowledge of Building Systems and interpretation of drawings an added advantage
- Demonstrate good leadership, management and prioritization skills
- Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Lead site team on day to day priorities
- Prepare priority tracker and ensure site team adheres to daily task
- Attend to complaints or issues and identify solution
- Ensure complaints are reduced and resolved in timely manner
- Conduct daily walkabout according to schedule
- Maintain & Review Emergency & Corrective Maintenance done by technician
- Monitor service providers and contractors
- Complete service provider checklist
- Responsible for overall site KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
- Day shift
- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
