Requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s Degree or Professional Qualification in Property Management, Real Estate or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Property Management of stratified developments \xe2\x80\xa2 Sound knowledge of Strata Management Act and other related legislation \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Building Systems and interpretation of drawings an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate good leadership, management and prioritization skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills Job Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead site team on day to day priorities \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare priority tracker and ensure site team adheres to daily task \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to complaints or issues and identify solution \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure complaints are reduced and resolved in timely manner \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct daily walkabout according to schedule \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain & Review Emergency & Corrective Maintenance done by technician \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor service providers and contractors \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete service provider checklist \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for overall site KPI\xe2\x80\x99s Salary RM 2.5K- RM 3.5K
