Job Description

Department: Operation Department Designation: Building Executive s: \xef\x82\xa7 To ensure that the building functions properly, that safety and authority requirements are met, and that the budget is adhered to. \xef\x82\xa7 Establish maintenance procedures. \xef\x82\xa7 Establish inspection and maintenance work schedules. \xef\x82\xa7 Arrange and ensure that periodic preventive maintenance works are completed on time. \xef\x82\xa7 Liaise with consultants, contractors, and local governments. \xef\x82\xa7 To organize, schedule, supervise, and lead a team member in terms of work performance and quality. \xef\x82\xa7 Ensure that all service and maintenance work outsourced to a third party is completed within the required standard and budget. \xef\x82\xa7 To liaise and coordinate with other departments that provide support. \xef\x82\xa7 Periodic reporting. \xef\x82\xa7 To ensure that all complaints about maintenance/ or maintenance of common areas, particularly complaints about defects, are addressed and /or rectified within the time frame specified. \xef\x82\xa7 Attend meetings and take minutes. \xef\x82\xa7 To carry out any other job responsibilities as assigned by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company. Requirements: \xef\x82\xa7 Have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Degree Master\xe2\x80\x99s in Property Development/Real Estate Management or an equivalent degree. \xef\x82\xa7 A minimum of 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of experience managing strata properties for residential or commercial buildings. \xef\x82\xa7 Understanding of the Strata Management Act 757. \xef\x82\xa7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels, particularly in English and Bahasa Melayu, as well as interpersonal, client-facing, report writing, and problem-solving abilities. \xef\x82\xa7 Demonstrate strong leadership, self-motivation, a high level of initiative, and the ability to work under pressure. \xef\x82\xa7 Computer literate. \xef\x82\xa7 Have your own transportation.
