Requirements: \xef\x82\xa7 Have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Degree Master\xe2\x80\x99s in Property Development/Real Estate Management or an equivalent degree. \xef\x82\xa7 A minimum of 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of experience managing strata properties for residential or commercial buildings. \xef\x82\xa7 Understanding of the Strata Management Act 757. \xef\x82\xa7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels, particularly in English and Bahasa Melayu, as well as interpersonal, client-facing, report writing, and problem-solving abilities. \xef\x82\xa7 Demonstrate strong leadership, self-motivation, a high level of initiative, and the ability to work under pressure. \xef\x82\xa7 Computer literate. \xef\x82\xa7 Have your own transportation.
