To assist the Operation Manager in supervising the day to day operation of the gated terrace houses in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Management;
To attend to residents complaints and to answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully;
To assist the Operation Manager in the maintenance and management of the terrace houses.
To assist Operation Manager in preparation of AGM and EGM.

Requirements :-

Degree/Diploma in Real Estate / Property Management;
Good knowledge and familiar with Strata Management Act and Strata Management Regulations;
Good communication skills and able to handle JMC.
