To assist the Manager in managing the overall building.
To carry out periodic inspections, perform property management function, liaise closely with residents, monitor service providers, billings and collections.
Job Requirements
At least a Diploma/Degree in Real Estate Management/Property Management/Building Services or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years working experience in commercial, retail and residential building management.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Must be customer oriented and able to work independently.
Excellent planning and communication skills.
Must be computer literate and posses good leadership and organizational skills.
