\xe2\x80\xa2 Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assume Property Manager\xe2\x80\x99s duties in absence of immediate supervisor. \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out work as requested by the Property Manager, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently and with minimum disruption to guests and members of the public. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide leadership and supervision for the overall office staff, security guards, cleaners, etcs \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure efficiency of staff through ongoing training, instruction, counseling and leadership. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan weekly/daily office staff schedules and assignments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate maintenance schedule and assignments with Technician & Handyman. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administer action plans consistently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support to staff to encourage team work and lead as an example in creating a harmonious environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle conflicts/complaints addressed to management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist owners to resolve inter-floor leakages and comply with the issuance of required Form as per Strata Management Act.
