To be overall in charge of and directly responsible for the planning, implementation, supervision and manage all the buildings in your charge.
To ensure that the building is well maintained, properly run, clean and secure
To be overall responsible for supervision of the tenant staff
Deal with all enquiries and complaints made by the occupants.
Liaise with local authorities on matters relating to the management or maintenance of or repairs.
Arrange Monthly Report Presentations/ Meetings as required. Attend to all follow-up matters, record and circulate minutes of the meetings.
Managing carpark facilities
Attend promptly to all correspondence on behalf of client. Prior approval and/advice are to be obtained client where necessary
Ensure that documents, records, etc are properly kept and maintained.
Carry out any duties as directed
Provide monthly report on income expenditure, arrears, state of repair, tenancy matters (where applicable), leasing (where applicable), significant expenditure, annual budgets.
Support on Project Co-ordination Services
Collect, demand and recover from owners all monies due on account of management fund charges, water and interest charges and all other outgoing expenses that come to be due or are determined by client as appropriate.
To ensure compliance with all procedures and rules regarding issuance of access cards and residents' cards.
Formulating and implementing with guidance and assistance from your superiors the following:
Building management systems (including Preventive Maintenance Program)
Tenancy and Lease Management
Financial Management
Investment Management
Insurance Management
Building and Service Audit
Advertising and Promotions
Security
Housekeeping
Safety and Health issues
Reporting to clients on ad-hoc, monthly & annual basis
Management of site staff & contractors.
The Ideal Candidate
Degree in Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical Engineering
3 years' experience in High Rise building and Commercials property Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Fighting and Air Conditioning systems.
Knowledge in Building Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Fighting and Air Conditioning Systems is compulsory. (Knowledge, Skills & Ability)

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
