Job Description

- Preferable must be able to fluently communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

- Experience in managing and maintenance of Commercial, Residential or Mix Development for a minimum of 5 years

- Preferable must have management skills, good in customer service and managing a team of skill workers (admin & technical).

- Able to handle JMB, JMC and Developer and organise JMB/MC meetings and prepare minutes of meetings

- Minimum have basic degree in any discipline but preferable Degree in Real Estate Management, Building Surveying, Property Management, Technology Management, Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other Management Degree with experience in Building Management

- Very familiar with Strata Management 2013, Act 757

- Must have knowledge in conducting Annual General Meetings

- Able to liaise with relevant authorities

- Must have computer skills

- Age between 35 - 40 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
