Requirements:

Minimum qualification of Degree in Property Management/Building or any other related fields with good academic results.
Knowledgeable in Strata Management Act (2013) and all other acts / regulations relevant to property management
At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in same related fields
Good communication skills.

Overall control on the implementation of operational procedures, system and management performance.
Monitor collection of billing for service charges, assessment, quit rent, insurance premium, water charges, etc
Any other job functions that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
