Your duties as Building Manager will include but not limited to the following: Overall in charge of and directly responsible for the planning, implementation, supervision and manage the building operations. To ensure that the building in charge is well maintained, properly run, clean and secure. To be overall responsible for supervision of the client, tenant, visitor in the building & staff. To prepare OPEX & CAPEX budget and control operational costs. Assist in carrying out proper marketing of the other professional services offered by Savills group of companies in Malaysia. Project a professional image of Savills group in Malaysia from time to time as requested. Uphold a good personal image and conduct. Carry out any duties & comply to house rules as directed by Savills group in Malaysia. Abide and be guided by the Code of Ethics, Guidelines and Rules and Regulations for Valuers and Estate Agent (BOVEAP). Project a professional image of the Company from time to time as requested. Carry out any duties as directed by HOD/ Managing Director from time to time. Job Requirements: Possess a minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Property/Real Estate Management or equivalent. At least 10 years of experience in property management, preferably at managerial level. Registered Property Manager/ Registered Valuer with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers. Extensive experience in managing different types of property projects.
