Job Description

Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Manage all aspects of building management services, delivery, processes and system efficiently and effectively for our client. \xc2\xb7 Manage the compliance of services contractors in accordance to maintenance work plan and standards. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with the relevant authorities in relation to permits, insurance, licenses, etc for operations, property maintenance, security and safety. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and review all contracts/agreements with contractors, vendors, suppliers and consultants for building maintenance, cleaning, security and safety and all related works. \xc2\xb7 Ensure relevant insurance policies such as Fire, Burglary, Cash-in-Transit and Public Liabilities are valid at all times. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring collections and to discuss with the committee on the various actions to be taken against defaulters. \xc2\xb7 Preparation of weekly/monthly report. \xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate and conduct management meetings with JMB/MC. \xc2\xb7 Ensure prompt response to complaints, suggestions, opinions & etc. \xc2\xb7 Enforce all house rules compliance of the same by the residents/owners. \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance and enforcement of Strata Management Act, 2013. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess minimum Diploma / Degree in Property Management / Facility Management / Maintenance or equivalent with at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experiences. \xc2\xb7 Computer literate \xc2\xb7 Preferable able to speak and write in multilingual (English literate candidate will be an added advantage). \xc2\xb7 Preferable able to arrange and conduct virtual meeting. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in property law and Strata Title Act is advantageous. \xc2\xb7 Dedicated, committed to produce excellent results & willing to assume leadership roles. \xc2\xb7 Possess good personality and PR skills \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated, able to work independently/team, positive and proactive. \xc2\xb7 Possess own transport and willing to travel. \xc2\xb7 Willing to work extra hours. \xc2\xb7 Multiple locations : Kuala Lumpur, Selangor. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
