Manage the daily activities and upkeep of the building.
Oversee and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs.
Inspect the building regularly to identify any signs of damage.
Ensure the building is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
Financial and administrative management
Manage the building's budget, including controlling operational costs and rent collection.
Negotiate with and manage external contractors for services.
Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Safety and security
Ensure the building is safe for occupants and adheres to all health and safety laws.
Supervise security and fire prevention systems, including camera footage.
Develop and implement emergency plans.
Respond to emergencies and other issues that arise.
Staff and tenant relations
Supervise and train building staff and evaluate employee performance.
Manage and resolve tenant or resident concerns, complaints, and queries.
Liaise with local authorities on building-related matters.
Implement and enforce building rules and bylaws.
