1. Oversee the safety of occupants by ensuring building is free from hazard. 2. Supervise the activities of janitorial and groundskeeping staff to ensure delivery of proper cleaning and upkeep services. 3. Oversee the maintenance and repair of building facilities such as electrical and plumbing installations. 4. Carry out assessment of a buildings\xe2\x80\x99 security team to ensure they are well poised to combat any arising security challenge. 5. Evaluate the functionality of fire quelling equipment and systems to ensure they are operational and able to resist a fire outbreak. 6. Monitor and ensure all service provider perform their job in accordance to the job scope and comply with local authority by-law. 7. Attend to owners/ tenants\xe2\x80\x99 feedback or complaint and propose a justified remedy plan. 8. Set and implement building policies and regulations useful in managing the general behavior of tenants/ occupants of an apartment. 9. Prepare and present accounting and management reports to Joint Management Body (JMB)/ Management Cooperation (MC). 10. Assist emergency response teams in locating building sections, evacuating occupants, and containing an emergency situation. 11. Coordinate room arrangement during preparations for a conference or other major events. 12. Attend JMB/ MC meetings to provide insights useful in making decisions relating to building management. 13. Offer recommendations and advice to JMB/ MC on strategies and steps to take to ensure the smooth running of a building property. 14. Oversee the opening and closing of a building to regulate building entrance/ exit. 15. All matter that are related to the said building from time to time. 16.
