- Fixing loose hinges, handles, and locks\xe2\x80\x8b
- Adjusting and realigning doors and windows\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8bPlumbing tasks:\xe2\x80\x8b
- Unclogging drains and toilets\xe2\x80\x8b
- Fixing leaky faucets and pipes\xe2\x80\x8b
- Replacing washers and O-rings\xe2\x80\x8b
- Installing new plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, showerheads)\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8bElectrical work:\xe2\x80\x8b
- Replacing light bulbs, switches, and outlets\xe2\x80\x8b
- First level responding and repairing minor electrical issues\xe2\x80\x8b
- Laying and setting up extension points for Event SetupDrywall and painting:\xe2\x80\x8b
- Patching and repairing drywall holes and cracks\xe2\x80\x8b
- Sanding and preparing surfaces for painting\xe2\x80\x8b
- Applying paint touch-upsCarpentry and furniture assembly:\xe2\x80\x8b
- Assembling and installing small shelves, cabinets, and other small furniture\xe2\x80\x8b

- Minimum 3 years experience as Building Technician/Handyman
