Job Description

• On-Site Supervision: Oversee daily work on condo and shoplot renovation sites, ensuring that all tasks are carried out according to plans and safety guidelines.
• Quality Control: Check that all work meets company standards and client expectations. Address any issues that arise on-site promptly.
• Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate subcontractors, workers, and materials. Provide clear instructions to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Project Monitoring: Track project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and report updates and any issues to the Project Manager.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety rules to prevent accidents on-site. Conduct regular safety checks and address hazards immediately.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of daily activities and project status. Submit daily or weekly reports to the Project Manager.
• Client Communication: Liaise with clients and address their concerns about on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, particularly in condo and commercial projects.
• Education: A diploma or degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans; knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve problems on-site.
• Time Management: Good organizational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Safety Knowledge: Familiar with safety practices to ensure a safe work environment.
• Car Requirement: Must have a car for commuting.
