Work Location: Aman Suri Residence, Alor Setar, Kedah.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day building operations, facilities, and common areas. (e.g. Security, Cleaning, Landscaping, Pool Cleaning, Electrical supply, Gym, Pest control and other services).
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repair and maintenance work.
Monitor security, housekeeping, and landscaping services to ensure quality performance.
Prepare reports, maintenance schedules, and record-keeping of building assets.
Respond promptly to residents' complaints, service requests, and emergencies.
Assist in budget planning and cost control for building maintenance.
Ensure all equipment, tools, and facilities are maintained in good working condition. (e.g. Lifts, Escalators, Air-conditioning, pumps, fire-fighting system, CCTV, Door access, and etc).
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of working experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or electrical field.
Possess at least SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia), Diploma, or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or related field.
Knowledge in building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting).
Hands-on technical skills with troubleshooting ability.
Strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Willing to work on weekends/public holidays if required (on rotation).
