Job Responsibilities:

Support the Client PIC in managing and maintaining smooth building operations with a high level of service quality. Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance works together with the maintenance team. Report to work on time and be present on-site whenever required by the client or company. Monitor contractors during repair, renovation, and maintenance activities to ensure work is carried out properly. Handle operational complaints from client staff professionally and take necessary corrective actions based on procedures. Carry out regular inspections of the building, common areas, and surrounding premises to identify maintenance needs. Ensure all service and maintenance agreements are properly recorded and up to date. Check that all contracted services are completed according to agreed specifications. Ensure warehouse operational systems are implemented and complied with within the building. Conduct evacuation drills as required. Prepare and submit daily and monthly operational reports to the Client PIC, including any issues or defects found. Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules for building services. Perform routine building inspections to ensure facilities and structures meet required standards. Prepare job requisition forms for minor repair and maintenance works. Monitor renewal of licenses to ensure they are valid and not expired. Ensure service and maintenance contracts are reviewed before expiry dates. Maintain updated records of warehouse details and building inventories at all times. Keep proper records of maintenance tools, electrical items, spare parts, and consumables. Be available on-site whenever requested by the client or management. Perform any other duties or ad-hoc tasks assigned by management or the Client PIC.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Building Services, Facilities Management, or related field. At least 1-2 years of working experience in building services, facilities management, or similar roles.
