Job Description

• Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree in Building Surveying or relevant field, or equivalent Professional Certificates.
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in CPBS101, CIS 7:2021, and MS Office.
• Own transportation with a valid driving license (B/B2 or D).
• Working in Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley, with flexibility to cover other areas if needed. Office visits required if needed.
• Willingness to travel for outstation assignments.
• Demonstrated dedication, eagerness to learn, responsibility, discipline, positive attitude, and punctuality.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Quick learner, dedicated, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to thrive under high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in computer usage and software applications.
• Willingness to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on properties under various conditions to ensure compliance, identifying both internal and external defects.
• Perform thorough building inspections and surveys.
• Prepare comprehensive Building Condition Assessment reports.
• Evaluate all aspects of a property, diligently seeking out defects.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues throughout the inspection process.
• Generate detailed reports and provide recommendations as necessary.
• Identify defects and offer advice on remedial actions and recommendations to clients.
• Available to travel to any designated location as required.
• Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
