To plan, coordinate, and implement property management activities in accordance with company procedures and statutory requirements.
To inspect, assess, and monitor building conditions and recommend appropriate maintenance or repair actions.
To manage and supervise maintenance and project works, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion.
To prepare reports, cost estimates, and technical assessments for building maintenance, upgrading, or improvement works.
To liaise with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities on building-related matters.
