Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of the building, systems, equipment and grounds relating to day-to-day repairs & emergency maintenance; Assist the management team to carry out and check on day-to-day maintenance schedules/checklists; Conducts checking on common building issues such as inter-floor leakages, piping issues and electrical trips, etc. Performs troubleshooting and repairs of building\xe2\x80\x99s systems and associated infrastructure i.e. electrical, plumbing and air condition, etc.; Receive, respond and record in a timely manner to tenants\xe2\x80\x99 queries, report, feedback, work orders and complaints of maintenance issues related to the building; Supervise and manage service/ maintenance vendors i.e. security, cleaners, etc. and to report to the Building Manager as required; Have good knowledge of a variety of tools and is able to work with supplies and tools needed to perform maintenance tasks; Able to follow safety procedures at all times and comply with all health and safety regulations; Report any non-compliance to the Building Manager for immediate corrective action; Other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS Certificate/ Diploma in Technical studies, Engineering, other related fields (ie SKM). Preferably with ACMV, Electrical, ELV, Plumbing or Building services related certifications. Min 2 years of experience in building and facility maintenance and/ or property management of residential properties. Preferably experience and hands on experience in maintenance of HVAC systems in facilities/buildings. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Familiar with building mechanical and electrical systems including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and general building works. Good knowledge on usage of a variety of maintenance tools. Ability to work after business hours, and on weekends and public holidays, as and when required. Ability to work both independently and in a team setting in a flexible, adaptable manner Basic experience and knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) Good time management and customer service skills.
