Handling and dealing with incoming work or assigned work orders.
Communicate and update on any existing and potential issues with your supervisors or with your Head of Department.
Performs electrical work, mechanical and plumbing maintenance.
Repair work such as repairing furniture, installing switches, replacing plugs and other basic appliance repairs, applying paint and other finishes.
Monitors work performed by contractors, prepares estimates of labour and material costs, contacts external contractors and arranges for major repairs and maintenance work.
Completes and maintains related records such as maintenance logs and any incident reports.
Standby and get ready to back up any emergency work follow by the work schedule.
