Job Description
1. To check, identify, repair the building defects or repair works. 2. To carry out routine maintenance for office building 3. To prepare monthly maintenance report 4. To supervise maintenance & repair works performed by outsource contractors 5. 3-5 years of working experience in similar capacity 6. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary
