Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve assigned targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both existing and untapped markets.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing, and new product opportunities.
Present and promote company products to clients through product demonstrations, presentations, and trade shows.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and brand-building activities.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents where required.
Monitor sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and recommend improvement strategies.
Work closely with the technical and after-sales service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market dynamics, and product performance.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management (preferably in tools, machinery, or hardware industry).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Possess own transport and willing to travel across assigned territories.
